If you’re looking to have a new roof put on your home I strongly recommend this company. Dana and his crew of workers were prompt, reliable and courteous. Had the roof on and clean up done in less than two days. I was expecting a mess left behind but was amazed how clean it was. We have had nothing but compliments on how nice our roof looks. Big shout of thanks to Dana and crew!

The company personnel were professional, knowledgeable and organized ---they established a time line (and adhered to it) for getting a permit, bringing the materials to the home and to a starting and completion date for putting on the roof. They did an outstanding job fulfilling their commitment and also importantly their workers cleaned up all debris before they left each day. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding work, i.e., putting on the roof--completing work on time and ease and timeliness of communicating either with the President of the Company or the staff (Timon) who answered all questions. My roof looks fantastic. They are an outstanding company to work with.

Well once again, Dana Coote has shown that he is by far the best roofing and construction company not only in Southwest Florida but probably in the country. I met Dana 7 years ago and never once has he not responded quickly and efficiently. More importantly he is the most honest and sincere contractor and human being that I have had the privilege to know, definitely in the top 10 people in my life time. Please be advised that I do not hand out accolades like this very often. Had an issue this week which was found by Homewatch. Called Dana and he assured me that no need to worry and he would rectify the situation. As per usual he lived up to his word. Situation resolved!! Simply the best!!! He is The Man for any of your construction or roofing needs!! And no this was not a paid political commercial lol. Give Florida Roofing and Construction a call and I assure you that you will never be disappointed.

Dana and his team performed a difficult French door replacement for us. They were very skilled and worked diligently to get the job done correctly. A friend recommended Florida roofing and construction to replace my roof damaged by hurricane Irma. I couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation. Working with Florida Roofing was a great decision. They are a great team with high values (that is not always easy to find). They were on time, professional and well priced. They did what they promised, and did not stop with the project until it was perfect. They listened to all of our concerns (we had a new roof installed) and they were not satisfied with the results until we were satisficed and happy. What a breath of fresh air. Florida roofing and construction is top notch! Dana is who I worked with. He is local on Marco and was fast and arrived when he said he would. he has a great site manager and there was not one call he didn't respond to. I work in three states and it becomes a challenge to get professionals fast. He was able to stop the leak and get me scheduled within just a few days. he even went back cause we sprung another leak! I swear to you I will NEVER use anyone else. In fact I would call him first for any job I may or may need referral for. If his referrals are 1/2 as good as him would be thrilled! Thank you Dana!!!!!!

Dana and Timon were fantastic to work with. Everything was done within the time promised. We got a new roof within days... not weeks like other contractors quoted. Fast, high quality, and mostly clean (they came back to clean up little areas that were missed). Many contractors don’t perform on time, many are super messy, and many can be difficult to work with once you’ve paid them. Not Dana and Tim, easy and honest the entire time. Thank you!

Dana and the company Florida Roofing & Construction came to our house after we were denied a new roof from our Insurance Co. He physically walked the roof, took pictures and then told us he strongly believed that a new roof was necessary and would handle the Insurance Co. with no reason for us to get involved. He put our mind at ease immediately and followed through with a report to the Insurance Co. After approval from the Insurance Co., he helped us select a roof, spoke to us about making sure we didn't get too colorful with our choice because of our pavers being enough of color. His company replaced the roof and we were thrilled with our choice. They glued and double nailed and kept us abreast of every step. His payments were fair and spaced. Since the roof went on, we noticed one tile had come loose. I texted Dana, he immediately sent someone out to inspect and fix it, plus check to make sure that all were still okay. This was over a year later. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a company and highly recommend them.

During several heavy rain storms in August 2019, our garage roof began leaking in several places, getting worse with each rainfall. We contacted Florida Roofing and Construction LLC, and Dana met with us over the weekend and had his crew tarp the roof He thought that the leaks could be traced back to Hurricane Irma, noted that our 18-year-old tiles were no longer manufactured, and recommended we file for a complete roof replacement with our insurance company. His estimate was so thorough and accurate that the insurance adjuster accepted it to the penny, and approved the funding for a new roof. Dana kept us informed on each step of the process, and responded very quickly whenever we texted or called him. New tiles were ordered and after they were received, the work proceeded quickly. The crews were experienced and professional and cleaned up the job site each day. The results were topnotch all the way -- completed roof is beautiful, the new gutters work way better than the old ones ever did, and the garage ceiling and walls look brand new. Dana is great and I most highly recommend him and Florida Roofing!

I have been trying to fight my way in the insurance hassle to repair my roof. After two years and one disappointing roofing after another I stumbled across Florida Roofing and Construction. Bruce their rep walked me through the language and correct question and behold it was fixed. They worked quickly and efficiently to achieve the project in the middle of Hurricane Season. I highly recommend them. They are exception.
